Montana Campus Compact (MTCC) is a CEO-led coalition of colleges and universities which drivescivic engagement, service-learning and volunteerism across our state. Our work to improve community life and educate students for civic and social responsibility is critically important. Our world requires thoughtful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and engaged leaders. We need a workforce that understands the important role of the individuals in a community. Higher education is an excellent place to teach and learn civic engagement.

The Montana Campus Compact prides itself on a community-oriented philosophy that is the foundation of all of its programs and initiatives. We believe that everything we do should cultivate strong individuals and make positive impacts in the larger world. Administratively, MTCC is coordinated from a network office hosted by the University of Montana in Missoula. The network itself comprises thousands of dedicated students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners serving on or near college campuses throughout the state.

Our staff and volunteers strive to cultivate and provide resources, training, technical assistance, and recognition to those who want to make a difference in their communities. It is our hope that this website provides information that you need, in a way that is easy for you to navigate.
