As longstanding political and social rifts in the United States have become deeper and more overtly hostile, Campus Compact is inviting collaboration and innovation to address these pressing issues facing our democracy.

Campus Compact recognizes the immediate need to respond and innovate -- and to connect institutions of higher education committed to repairing and preventing division and polarization. All member campuses to apply for one of 40 available mini-grants of $5,000 for catalyzing experimental responses to division and polarization.

The goal is to provide members with resources to enable small-scale, short-term experiments; reveal promising practices; and share what is learned from these innovation efforts across our network and beyond. Apply and learn more here.

Deadline for Proposals: July 14, 2017.
